Ordering
How ordering works
Every order starts with a written quote, valid for 7 days. Production begins after the advance payment and your written artwork approval, and any damage or shortage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Here is each step and the terms that apply.
From enquiry to delivery
Request a quote
Shortlist products, or describe what you need, and send your quantity, budget, branding, delivery date and cities.
Receive a written quote
It sets out the products, quantity, branding, packaging and delivery, and states whether GST, shipping, packaging, customisation and other charges are included. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days.
Confirm the order
Your order is accepted once we confirm it in writing and the advance payment and approvals are received. If your company works with purchase orders, send an authorised PO before production begins.
Approve the artwork
Where a digital mockup is included, check the logo, placement, spelling, colours and specifications, then approve them in writing. Production follows the approved artwork.
Production and dispatch
Timelines start once the advance, final artwork approval and complete order details are in. Estimated dates are given in your quote or order confirmation.
Delivery and inspection
Check the goods when they arrive and report any damage, shortage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment terms
| Client | Advance | Balance |
|---|---|---|
| First order | 80% when the order is confirmed | 20% on the dispatch date, before dispatch |
| Repeat clients | 50% when the order is confirmed | 50% on the dispatch date, before dispatch (approved for each order) |
| Approved corporate credit | As agreed in writing | Up to 30 calendar days from dispatch, only when approved in writing with a credit limit and due date |
- Procurement, branding and production begin once the advance is received.
- Pay by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), UPI, or another method we accept in writing.
- Your internal approval or payment cycle does not change an agreed due date unless we agree in writing.
- If a payment becomes overdue, further production, dispatch or new orders may be paused until it is settled.
GST and invoices
- GST and other statutory charges are shown separately on the quote and the tax invoice.
- Share your legal entity name, billing address, GSTIN and purchase order details so the invoice is correct.
- Eligibility for input tax credit depends on your own compliance and documentation, so it cannot be guaranteed.
Samples, mockups and minimum order
- Samples depend on availability and may be chargeable, including branding and shipping.
- A sample charge is adjusted against your bulk order only if we confirm that in writing.
- A sample represents the product; the approved specifications govern the bulk order.
- Minimum order quantities vary by product, branding and supplier, and are stated in your quote.
- If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, we tell you and propose an alternative or a revised timeline. No substitute that changes the agreed specification is used without your consent.
Branding methods and the files we need are explained on the logo customisation page.
Delivery to one or many locations
- Shipping charges, delivery locations and arrangements are set out in your quote or order confirmation.
- Delivery to several offices or to individual employee addresses can be arranged, subject to feasibility and an accurate address list. Any extra packing or shipping charges are agreed in advance.
- Please make sure an authorised person is available to receive the goods.
- A delivery date is a firm commitment only when it is confirmed as one in writing.
Damaged, missing or defective items
- Inspect the goods when they arrive.
- Report visible transit damage, missing quantities or obvious defects within 48 hours of delivery, with your order reference, the quantity affected and clear photos. An unboxing video may be requested for transit damage.
- Report hidden manufacturing defects promptly after you find them.
- Where the issue is verified, we resolve it by replacement, repair, rework, credit or refund, as appropriate.
- Approving the artwork does not rule out claims for manufacturing defects, wrong quantities or goods that do not match the approved specification.
- Damage from misuse, improper storage, modification or handling after delivery is generally not covered.
Changes and cancellations
- Send any change or cancellation in writing. Changes may revise the price and timeline.
- Before procurement or production starts, cancellation is considered subject to costs already incurred.
- Once procurement, branding or production has started, cancellation may be restricted, because goods are bought and personalised for your order.
- Customised goods cannot be returned just because requirements change. This never limits remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods.
